Born and raised in Macau, Lai SutWeng majors in oil painting in the Visual Arts College in Macau Polytechnic Institute.She actively participatesin different types of events, exhibitions and competitions relating to her field. 

One of her artworks was selected as an excellent piece by Orient Foundation in 2013. In 2014, she participated in Macao Visual Art Annual Exhibitionand the 30th Collective Exhibition of Macau Artists (Western Paintings). In the same year,she participated in Orient Foundation Art Award and won 1st place.
