LAO I WO was born in Macau, an art teacher in Macau, a member of the Macau Art Association, a member of the board of supervisors, a member of the Asian Art Association (Macao), and the vice chairman of the Macau Art Teacher Exchange Association. Graduated from the Department of Advertising, Guangzhou Jinan University in 2009 with a bachelor's degree; graduated from the Department of Oil Painting of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 2018 with a master's degree; graduated from the School of Painting Art of China Academy of Art in 2022 with a doctorate, and his research direction is painting creation practice and Theoretical research (theoretical research on figurative expression painting).
